Enjoy almost 4 hectares (10 acres) of greenspace nestled in the heart of Manhattan at Bryant Park. Adjacent to the New York City Public Library, the park's expansive lawn, decorated with monumental sculptures and stately fountains, provides a place to sit and escape the bustling city. Feel like a kid again with a ride on the Heritage Carousel, or test your luck with a game of chess against a local. Stop by the Reading Room, the park's open-air library, to browse through a book or a copy of the local newspaper. This is one of those mini parks that is very cool and iconic to visit. The really unique thing about this park is the little market they have in and near the park where you'll find different kind of shops like jewelry, so on and so forth. Very close to Rockefeller as well and I think it's cool they have this big area for ice skating which is free(you only pay for to rent the ski equipment) so this is one of those free and beautiful things to do and visit in Manhattan.

Beautiful place to walk around or sit by the ice rink and enjoy the happenings. Cute shops to peruse through. Lots of food options for quick bites. Bar tight next to the rink. Huge Christmas tree that reminds me of the one at Rockefeller Center, but less crowded. Wish we had more time there.
