  • Amazing place! The history is huge here, I loved the fact that there was a lot of stuff to see and acknowledge. To be honest, it was quite disappointing because I was expecting more decorations on the inside (because it's quite simplistic at the moment). But it's a true gem for those from Moldova and should be treated as such for it's a very interesting spot! A must visit if you ever visit Iași!
  • Great, lovely place, the Heart of Iasi, full of Romanian culture, with quite a few museums inside which are not that expensive (around 40-50lei for all the museums, which is about 10-12€). It was recently renovated with a lot of money (26m € if I'm not wrong), giving it a modern look while keeping its old style. Its architecture is really amazing, and you can spend days admiring it both on the inside and on the outside and never getting tired of seeing new things on every corner or wall of it. It was built on the old Royal Palace of Principality of Moldova, and some parts of the old Royal Palace (which wasn't small) can be seen in a few rooms in the Palace of Culture being right under the glass floor. There's also a tower of the old Royal Palace nearby, on the southern part of the Palace which was also part of the Royal Palace. Definitely visit it!
