Mirador de San Nicolas offers unbeatable views of the Alhambra, the city’s main tourist attraction. Stretch your legs with a walk up the hill to this popular viewpoint, located at the highest point in this part of the city, or hop on one of many minibuses regularly operating in the area for a less strenuous sightseeing experience. The advantage of this location is that it’s free and open 24 hours a day. Whatever time of day you’re there, take plenty of photos, but be sure to mingle with the crowds to soak up the atmosphere and take in the local culture. • Nice views of Alhambra. Many nice alleys to wander through on the other side. The mosque next door has similar great views but smaller crowds.

  • Such a tourist trap. There are so many great viewpoints in this city but this is overrun, overcrowded full of people selling crap to nitwits. Just avoid

  • Location: Best view to the Alhambra - Under the sun (wear protection) Access - Easy access can go through bus from the city 31-32 (I believe) Budget: Free Crowd - Crowded around noon and could be at sunset. Will recommend in the morning When it's beautiful you can see the top of the mountain with the snow. Big blue sky. Gone there in the morning but it's also beautiful at night during sunset. Will certainly recommend to go there and spend time just looking at the breathtaking landscape.
  • Getting up here by bus your heart will probably be rushing not unlike riding a rollercoaster. I would be surprised if someone doesn't get clocked on the head by the side mirrors. However, once up here the sights of the Alhambra and the city are just delightful. Not a far walk from where the bus leaves you, and can get yourself some ice-cream and/or a cold drink immediately in front the "Mirador". Cant leave the city without a stop here if you are vacationing.
