One of the oldest cities in the Baltic region, Tartu boasts heaps of cultural attractions, a quaint Old Town, and bustling main square.
Start off your visit on the 10th (Mon): get curious at AHHAA Science Centre, ponder the design of 'The Kissing Students' sculpture and fountain, wander the streets of Tartu Old City, then admire the natural beauty at Tartu University Botanical Garden, and finally steep yourself in history at Tartu Town Hall Square. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the 11th (Tue): stroll around Toome Hill Park (Toomemagi), then see the interesting displays at Estonian National Museum, then take in the spiritual surroundings of St. John's Church, and finally deepen your understanding at University of Tartu.
